College Secretariat

The Secretariat, headed by the Secretary General, is responsible for the overall administrative, human resource and financial management, as well as public relations, of the LCPS. Accordingly, the mandate of the Secretariat is to document and secure records of all proceedings of the Executive Board and Council, including minutes of all meetings and correspondence, and the preparation and dissemination of summary and comprehensive reports. All records of the College are maintained by the Secretariat.
